Exhibition Booths
Taking a booth allows companies to showcase their products and branding in a way that attending as a delegate or taking a meeting room doesn’t. It’s the chance to unlock new opportunities, identify new markets and position your company as an industry leader and key market player in front of the most important companies in the F&F industry.
BOOTHS DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DELEGATE TICKETS.
DELEGATE TICKETS MUST BE BOOKED SEPARATELY (see here).
Exhibition Area
The exhibition will be held on the ground floor of the InterContinental Berlin in the Potsdam Ballroom. This is right next to the plenary room and a short walk from the networking areas.
Please note:
- Additional furniture, AV equipment, branding, etc can be ordered through this online ordering platform
- Sub-letting or sharing of booths is not permitted
Mini Booth - 2m x 2m
Includes:
- 1 Counter with rear sliding doors and lock & key
- 2 stools
- 1 waste paper basket
NB: Mini booths do not include backwalls or draping, company name sign or booth number, carpet or electrical items.
Small Booth - 3m x 3m
Includes:
- 2.5m high, back and side walls where appropriate
- Company name text and stand numbering in black vinyl adhesive
- 2 spot lights
- 1 electrical outlet
- 1 cabinet with lockable door and keys
- 1 bistro table + 2 chairs
- 1 waste paper basket
Medium Booth - 3m x 6m
Includes:
- 2.5m high, back and side walls where appropriate
- Company name text and stand numbering in black vinyl adhesive
- 3 spotlights
- 1 electrical outlet
- 1 cabinet with lockable door and keys
- 1 bistro table + 2 chairs
- 1 waste paper basket
Large Booth - 6m x 6m
