DHL Trade Fairs & Events UK Limited has been appointed as the official logistics contractor and as such is the only company providing handling, storage and customs clearance for this event held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Berlin. Below you will find information on the services we offer and guidance as how to dispatch shipments to the event.
We can also provide you with reliable transport solutions so that all services are under one control from pick up to stand delivery.

If you require direct handling at the InterContinental Hotel in Berlin please request a time slot and we will confirm arrival with delivery instructions for your driver.
There are NO truck parking facilities at all at the hotel.

We can arrange customs clearance on a permanent and temporary basis into Germany.
Please send us shipping invoice prior to dispatch so that we can check contents and approve it.
We strongly recommend the use of Carnet ATA for temporary imports shipments.
Goods sent through shippers own Courier account MUST be sent on a DDP Basis with all charges back to shippers account. Please check with
your supplier to ensure they can offer all services including customs
clearance.
We will require payment off all charges, as advised by us, prior to the start of the exhibition.
